Good transportation links need convenient parking at the right price-point. Installing a modular parking deck straight onto an existing parking surface is the quickest and cheapest solution to increase capacity.
The trick is to engineer the best solution in terms of entry and exit points, how long people use the spaces, traffic flow and disabled access. Alongside this are decisions on cladding, EV chargers, lifts, and PV cells.
