Our STOPThink! programme is about engaging people to think differently, challenge the status quo and make better decisions. It is about sharing, learning and self-awareness and ensuring we embrace change and do the right thing.
We have signed up with the Global Equality Collective to support us to promote inclusivity and diversity in our business; we’re finalising our flexible working policy and enabling colleagues to give some of their time as a volunteer.
