Enhancements & Improvements
On the Wessex route we have designed and delivered a significant number of station enhancements under the National Station Improvement Programme (NSIP) including a new station at Dartford and Twickenham Station for developer Solum. Many of these have been listed buildings.
On every project design and delivery has fully considered the needs of passengers using the station, the train operator, retailers and the wider community.

Access for All (AfA)
Providing an unobstructed, step free access route from ‘drop off’ to train is a requirement for all rail infrastructure operators. Step-free access benefits people with reduced mobility and people with children or heavy luggage and shopping.
In designing and installing over 30 varied ‘Access for All’ (AfA) station upgrades for Network Rail, London Underground and Train Operating Companies we understand the critical elements for success. Designs need to build a great relationship with the Depot Teams and Manager from the outset. Caring for your customers and stakeholders is at the forefront of our thinking when undertaking M&E and service projects in live rail environments.
We recognise the need to gain a comprehensive understanding of existing services and controls to ensure we develop designs, programmes and phasing solutions that ensure the existing facility can operate unhindered by the construction works.
