We encourage our colleagues and stakeholders to report any concerns they may have relating to the way we conduct our business.
We believe that minor concerns are best dealt with by talking directly to the person whose conduct is causing concern. If this is not possible or appropriate, generally you should first bring your concern to the attention of a manager or supervisor. Alternatively, you can get in touch with a member of the People Team directly. If you are not comfortable raising your concern or question through this way, you can raise your concern here.
Your concern will be treated confidentially and seriously with appropriate investigation and follow-up.

BY ROAD:
Come off the M25 at junction 8 and head south onto the A217 (Reigate Hill). Follow the road down to the level crossing where the road merges into London Road. 45 London Road is the second building on the right after the level crossing. There is visitor parking at the office.
BY RAIL:
45 London Road is less than three minutes from Reigate train station. Leave the station via platform two, turn right immediately once through the ticket barriers and follow the walkway to the end. The building is opposite across the road.
